These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Banff Trip Planner Inc. via banfftripplanner.com. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.


1. General Overview

By booking any activity with Banff Trip Planner Inc., you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein. In the event of a conflict between these terms and any other agreement, the terms of Banff Trip Planner Inc. shall prevail.

2. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment and receipt of a confirmation email. Additional details specific to your selected activity will be included in your booking confirmation message.

4. Itinerary Modifications

To ensure quality and safety, itineraries may be adjusted due to road, weather, or operational conditions.No Refund will be issued in this case.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Guests are expected to arrive on time, wear suitable clothing, and comply with guide instructions. Failure to do so may result in denial of participation without a refund.

6. Liability and Insurance

While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, participation in activities is at the customer’s own risk. Banff Trip Planner Inc. is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses beyond its control. Guests are encouraged to carry personal travel insurance.

7. Liability Waiver

By joining a Banff Trip Planner Inc. tour, you acknowledge that travel in mountain environments carries inherent risks. You agree that Banff Trip Planner Inc., its employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or delay occurring during transport, stops, or on foot.

  • Activities such as hiking or exploration beyond transportation and sightseeing are undertaken at your own risk.
  • Complimentary food and drinks are not guaranteed allergen-free.
  • We are a transportation-based sightseeing company, not licensed for backcountry hiking or guiding.
  • Guests who explore beyond designated areas do so at their own risk.

You release Banff Trip Planner Inc. from all liability except in cases of gross negligence. If any clause is found unenforceable, the company’s total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

8. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their belongings at all times. Banff Trip Planner Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the tour.

9. Complaints and Feedback

For complaints or issues regarding your booking, please contact our support team. Feedback about your experience may be submitted via our official email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be handled under Alberta jurisdiction.

11. Delays and External Disruptions

Banff Trip Planner Inc. is not liable for delays, missed activities, or schedule disruptions caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other external events beyond our control. Customers are advised to allow extra travel time and remain flexible in case of such unforeseen circumstances.
