Journey through the heart of the Canadian Rockies on one of the world’s most scenic drives. Discover turquoise lakes, towering peaks, and ancient glaciers along the Columbia Icefield Tour with our expert local guide.
Begin your adventure with a scenic journey along the world-famous Icefields Parkway, connecting Banff and Jasper National Parks. Each turn reveals postcard-perfect views of rugged peaks, emerald lakes, and vast glaciers.
Marvel at the Crowfoot Glacier, dramatically perched on Crowfoot Mountain. Once shaped like a crow’s foot, this glacier offers a striking glimpse into the changing alpine landscape.
Located along the Icefields Parkway, Bow Lake is one of Banff National Park’s most picturesque glacier-fed lakes. With crystal-clear turquoise waters reflecting the towering Crowfoot Mountain and Bow Glacier, it’s a perfect stop for photos and peaceful nature walks.
Pause at the serene Waterfowl Lake, where reflections of Mount Chephren shimmer in crystal-clear waters. It’s a peaceful retreat and perfect photo stop surrounded by alpine beauty.
Walk to the famous viewpoint overlooking Peyto Lake, known for its wolf-head shape and vivid turquoise color. This breathtaking spot is one of the most photographed locations in the Rockies.
The highlight of your journey awaits at the Columbia Icefield—one of North America’s largest ice masses. Visit the Athabasca Glacier and explore the Glacier Discovery Centre. Experience include the Glacier Adventure on a massive Ice Explorer and the Skywalk Tickets suspended over the Sunwapta Valley (operates early May to mid-October).
In winter (mid-October to early May), alternative stops like Lake Louise and Marble Canyon replace the Glacier Adventure for equally unforgettable views.

Jul 27, 2026Review by-Bhawardeep SinghI booked this trip at the absolute last moment but still they were able to secure me tickets for the glacier adventure. Our guide for the day was Mr. G, he has a great knowledge about the Banff as well as the whole alberta region. Throughout he kept giving us insights about the beautiful surroundings. The ride was smooth, everything on time and as if we knew him since long.
