Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations


All cancellation requests must be submitted directly through Banff Trip Planner Inc.’s booking platform.
Most tours allow cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a 100% refund.

Some tours may have a 72-hour cancellation policy.
Please carefully review the specific cancellation terms listed in the tour details before booking.

Once a cancellation request is received, we will verify that it falls within the applicable cancellation window.
If eligible, a full refund (100%) will be issued.


Please note that the booking fee refund depends on the payment gateway policy.

  • The booking fee (1.5% of the Tour Fee) will be refunded only if the cancellation is made within the same calendar month as the booking.

  • If the cancellation is made in the following month or Later the booking fee cannot be refunded, as per the payment gateway’s rules.

Example:

  • If you book a tour on 5th January and cancel on 30th January, the booking fee will be refunded.

  • If you book a tour on 5th January and cancel on 3rd February, the booking fee will not be refunded, as the cancellation falls in the next month.

✅ Tour Fee Refund:
The tour fee is 100% refundable as per our cancellation policy, regardless of the booking fee refund condition. Refunds are processed within 4 to 10 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable, and no rebooking will be permitted.


Company-Initiated Cancellations


Banff Trip Planner Inc. reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of travelers is not met.

In such cases, guests will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, with no cancellation charges applied.


Rescheduling Policy


You may reschedule your tour an unlimited number of times, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before the tour’s start time and subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the tour start time will not be accepted.
In these cases, no refund, reschedule, or rebooking will be permitted.
